Hey Guys- Just throwing this idea out there.....are any of you interested in voting for a end of the year awards for the FLW?
Figure it would be something like this.....each promotion enter one entry from there own fed for the following.....
Match of the Year
Wrestler of the Year
Tag Team of the Year
Promotion of the Year
Everyone votes...BUT you can't vote for your own roster/promotion...
In case of a tie...the tie breaker will go to the commish
Let me know if this has any interest for you guys
Rob

Here are my nominees.....
Match of the year: HOT Tag Team Championship parking lot brawl match: The Dudleys vs. The Kings of Wrestling.
One of the most creative matches I have or ever do...with Dave Little who had the great idea of doing something totally different...and despite the KOW not in Tradition anymore....it turned out great!..and will go down in TRADITION as one of the all time greats....thank you Dave
Wrestler of the Year: CM Punk
I am going with him for not only the solid run he has had in Tradition since being drafted...he is a former FLW US Champion...and had a great series of matches with Eddy Guerreo...but it is more what he said and did through out the year in Tradition...in his own way bringing life back to an FLW US title that was till that point was seemingly a non factor..leading to change.
Tag Team of the Year: The Kings of Wrestling
This was a tough one for me....especially since the KOW are not in Tradition anymore..but while they were in the promotion...they helped set the standard...there was only one team any hotter then the KOW...and we all know which team that is...but the KOW helped elevate tag team wrestling with said team with a great cross promotional feud while under the Tradition banner....
Promotion of the year: TRADITION
I hate nominating my own promotion...and of course I will not be voting for it..there has been such great wrestling all over the FLW...in 2013 don't think I come close...BUT....despite the uncertainty of which direction I wanted to take it...after several tries in Japan...and Front Line Wrestling....TRADITION went back to basics...and one thing is for certain ....I am thrilled with the direction heading into 2014...and throughout 2013 Tradition has been able to put on some great events.....the continued saga between Punk and Aries...the tremendous 10 man tag team elimination match....the arrival of OI4K...the great cross promotional ideas that will for sure continue into 2014....there is my pitch......I look forward to everyone's creative out looks for 2014..the FLW is going as strong as ever

SCW WRESTLER OF THE YEAR NOMINEE: Mark Sterling He has held the SCW Heavyweight Title for most of the year.
SCW TAG TEAM OF THE YEAR NOMINEE: Alex Koslov & Low Ki They have held the SCW Tag Team Title for most of the year, convincingly defeating every challenger until losing to the British Bulldogs in a triple threat match and leaving the territory.
SCW MATCH OF THE YEAR NOMINEE: SCW Tag Team Title Triple Threat Match SCW Tag Team Champions Alex Koslov & Low Ki vs. The Horndogs (Maddog McDowell & Krotch) vs. British Bulldogs (Davey Boy Smith & Dynamite Kid) This was a wild match to say the least with multiple near falls, crazy double teams and bell to bell action. The end came when all three teams were brawling. Krotch and Koslov were down on the floor. Dynamite scaled the turnbuckles as Davey Boy clotheslined Low Ki out of the ring. Dynamite nailed Maddog with a big FLYING HEADBUTT and Davey Boy pinned Maddog to win the titles.

My nominees....
CCW Wrestler of th Year Nominee: 'Nature Boy' Buddy Rogers
Buddy Rogers was the CCW champion at the start of 2013 and held onto the title until the end of May when he was dethroned by Frank Gotch. Rogers was the catalyst of the supergroup Natural Born Horsemen that included the Big Show, Killer Kowalski, and Johnny Valentine. Rogers won his 'mini-feud' with Ric Flair in September and sent Flair packing from CCW altogether. Rogers is currently involved in a 'Gentlemens' feud with Bronco Nagurski.
CCW Tag Team of the Year Nominee: Thunderous Bomb Devils (Aja Kong/Bull Nakano)
Tag team wrestling has been a lost art in CCW from the very beginning of the fed. However, the TBD won the CCW SuperGirls tag titles in a tournament in early January and have held on to them since. They have 10 title defenses and have beaten the very best ladies tag teams, not only in the FLW but from Japan as well.
CCW Match of the Year: Elimination Chamber Match for the CCW Title at CCW #100 presents 'Farewell Finale'
The card was loaded with great matches from top to bottom with CCW title on the line in an Elimination Chamber in the main event. That match saw Big Show outlast 5 other men to win the title. The match also had a surprise entrant in Bruno Sammartino and served as Bruno's return from a long injury layoff. A sub-plot of the match involved the 'Battle of the Nature Boys' as Buddy Rogers submitted Ric Flair with the FIGURE FOUR GRAPEVINE to end Flair's CCW run.
GIW Wrester of the Year Nominee: Meng
Meng has dominated GIW in the 3-months of the promotions existence. He won the GIW title tournament and has successfully defended the title 6 times over that span. He has taken on just about everybody in GIW and has proved to be a very tough opponent. He is currently involved in a feud with Tim Donst and Takeshi Morishima for the title and has, so far, been able to hang onto the belt.
GIW Tag Team of the Year Nominee: Eddy Guerrero/Greg Excellent
Eddy Guerrero/Greg Excellent won the GIW tag title tournament and made 2 defenses of the title before they were beaten by MASADA/Drake Younger on 12/14/2013. Though they did not have a high number of title defenses, both shined in their own right during the 3-month GIW time frame. Eddy was involved in a feud with CM Punk for the FLW US title, finally winning the belt in October, only to lose the title to Nikita Koloff on 12/14/2013 as well. Greg Excellent became the point man for the team in their matches involving the title and shined as the budding star of the team.
GIW Match of the Year Nominee: Main Event Cage Match at 'Nightmare on Phunk Street'; 14 Dec 2013
This is an easy pick for me as that cage match concluded the 'Vampire Saga' angle and spearheaded the reformation of the Age of the Fall. The ending of that match has combined some of the dark vampire forces with the dark voodoo forces together to bring about the control of the New Orleans and the Bayou. The crown jewel of the AotF is the 'Vampire Slayer' himself, Abraham Lincoln, as he is now the slave hunter for the AotF. Jimmy Jacobs and Tyler Black look to rule the region but unknown to them, a force is assembly to stand in their way.
The match itself was a very bloody affair that saw 'Vampire Queen, April Hunter, lick blood off of Lincoln's hands as Lincoln grabbed the steel cage. Lincoln more than held his own but the loss of blood weakened him and allowed Vampire Warrior to gain the pinfall with his IMPALER DDT finisher. After Vampire Warrior instructed Lincoln to stab his own tag team partner, Matt Classic, only to have the appearance of the AotF set-off a huge change in Vampire Warrior's plans.
